Formerly Addingtons Garden Centre this
is now owned by A C Nurden Limited.
It was renamed to the Malmesbury
Garden Centre to express it's unity with the town it serves. Large
selection of Shrubs, Herbaceous and Alpine plants and a full range
of bedding plants and bulbs in their respective seasons.
The area displaying
garden statuary includes pots from different parts of the world as
well as locally produced Cotswold stoneware.
There is a water garden
display and an area devoted to the needs of pets. A children's play
area is situated along side the Garden Café which is within
the Garden Centre.
Both Mr Butcher and
Mrs Henley were formerly with Addingtons. Mrs Tanzine Butcher is in
charge of the Garden Café and also joined the Garden Centre
in 1999.
The Garden Café has now been re-vamped and is an ideal meeting
place serving breakfast; lunch and afternoon teas.
Mr David Butcher, is the Garden Centre Manager, has 15 years experience within
the Horticultural and allied trades and is happy to assist you with any queries
you may have.
Zane Backhouse is the Plant Supervisor, he trained at Lackham and Pershore and
joined the Garden Centre in April 1999.
Mrs Rosemary Henley is the Shop Supervisor and has 16 years experience in the
Horticultural Sundries Trade.
